wachovia pick a payment victim

I am in need, I obtained this loan from a broker that was trying to get me out of trouble from a prior loan, they forgot to pay on of the leins on my property so I had to refi with World Savings in 2005 with a balance of $320,000 and my aging parents and their excellent credit on the loan so I'd qualify. of course the pick a payment option was explained to me by the broker as the way to go since the lowest payment was great and maybe in a couple years refiance into a fixed loan. now my balance is $354,000 my house is worth $210,000 and all my income to going to the lowest payment since it will rise $100 every year until it caps at $2323 which I cannot afford. I modified my loan in Febuary 2008 for a slight fee of $500 and I don't even know what that accomplished. I call customer service at Wachovia and asked them what can I do I cannot make a $1829 payment when I bring home $2400 and they used my parents retirment income as cosigners. what can I do I only have been late 2 times this last year but I am so stressed but I cannot ruin my parents or their credit but I want to keep my house. I asked customer service if the government would help me and they don't know. I asked about a fixed rate. they said 30year fixed at $2323 which is what my payment will be in 5 years I CANNOT AFFORD IT
