Waiting on FF Loan Mod

I have also been waiting since January. I called two weeks ago and was told to fax my latest pay stubs again and they would put off any foreclosure, since I had received an initial letter. I faxed the info and within a week received a certified letter with notice of foreclosure and sale of my house.I have called back and been given the name of a Marci, who has my file. I have called and left messages with no return phone call. I am in desparate need of finding a solution to my problem.I have given them all the information they have requested. I am looking for a loan modification to lower my interest rate and set up a payment plan to bring my loan current. I am also fighting to find one month's payment they have lost. I have sent them my bank statement and cancelled check but they will not get the matter solved.Any help will be appreciated. Al.
