|  Wells Fargo - Flip Flop I have an investment property with WF. They denied my loan mod request because they said I could not afford it. I sent them new info, a little bit more income, and now they said I can afford it and have offered me a forebearance plan. I told her that was only a temporary fix and I needed a loan mod. She said if I make the 3 payments, the 4th being a 19K balloon (that I don't have to pay), that the beginning of October I would be guaranteed a loan mod and would be receiving papers to sign. Somehow I find this hard to believe. Has anyone had this similar situation? I have FC date of 7/21/08. Don't know if I am going to be able to save this one. |
