Default What is Change of Trustee and Full Reconveyance Means?

Hello ya all, how you all doin, best life and no worry I hope. My parents are old and they sold their house at short sell, their lenders told them they forgive the balance owed. They just received a letter from the assessor's office sayin Change of Trustee and Full Reconveyance, what's that mean? They are afraid of the term Change of Trustee, and what is Full Reconveyance mean? Thanks for help, Nethh1
