|  Who Has Already Foreclosed? And by that I mean....house has already be auctioned off or taken by the lender.If so, what did the lender and 2nd lender do about the shortage of their money? If you had a HELOC, did the 2nd lender say that they are going to come after you for the money (garnish wages, put a lien on another property you own, etc.)?Or did the lender simply take the loss? Or did they not say anything at all?Please share your stories. |
