Wilshire Loan modification SUCCESS!!

I am looking for success stories of loan modifications with Wilshire. I am sending my package to them within a few days. My package is a loan modification request, financial statement, hardship letter, etc. which is what Wilshire has requested. My interest rate is due to adjust in August and I am taking the necessary steps to fix this prior to my rate adjusting and me having any late payments. Any advise you can provide about Wilshire is greatly appreciated. I know I must send everything certified as they lose all docs, etc. I would like to hear about experiences with Wilshire that lead to success in loan modification.
