|  Add name to title after quitclaim About 4 years ago my fiance and I of 3 years decided to marry and buy a house. Then our realitor told us I had to sign a quick claim in order to be approved by the morarage co. Now I need to go about having my name on the house as well, can it be done? |

| Re: Add name to title after quitclaim he gave you some bad advise tellin you to quit claim it to get approved..anyways yea you can get your name on the house, do it with the state |
