You Have To Go To The County Where Your Sisters House Is And Have The County Clerk Record It For You. Ask Your Sister Which Title Company They Used To Last Do Her Refi..or If She Just Purchased It Who They Were . She Can Find That In Her Loan Documents That They Gave Her. You Can Call Them Or The Escrow Company And Have Them Fax It To You. I Know Your Going To Need Her Signture...anyone Elses Thats On The Loan And Title..urs ..and You Need It Notarizes. I Know In California It Takes About 10 Business Days To Be Recorded ...but Not Sure In Nc. Just Ask. Good Luck!
