any cvhnaces of fha loan approval?

Fha loan required. It's been over 2 weeks the underwriter is reviewing my application and I've not received any response. I'm getting frustrated. The loan is around $200,000. I can put doewn 5%. As for my credit, I have 4 tradelines opejn for 6,7, 6 months and a car insurance (if you call it a tradeline) open for 10 months. My income is 125K yearly and I am yet to pay $1000 in student loans. I have been through charge-off during the 1st year of my college because I couldn't afford to pay 2 credit cards that I have taken. My current scores are 550, 590, 594, is there any chance of fha loan? or do you suggest other?
