|  Can I force her to pay? My brother put his girlfriend's name on my mortgage and deed, (Iquick claimed it to him) now she just sits around and drinks all day. She refuses to pay anything on my home loan, and will not leave the house saying she is part owner. Can I force her to pay on this mortgage since her name is on it? Can I get her off the mortgage and deed if she refuses to sign anything? |
