|  foreclosure Hilton Head we were mailed a certified letter saying that our time share was being forclosed on because of lack of maintence fee. We were billed 12/02/07 and again 1/22/08 for maintence fee. we misplaced the bill and in reality thought that we would get a bill in December of 08 that would be due in by January 15, 2008. On Sept. 25. 08 we received our foreclossure notice for lack of maintenance fees. On the bill which we found it states quote andquot; Late fee policy: The above fees are due in full b... |
