|  How do I ask my mortgage company to change options on my current mortgage I currently have an interest only mortgage and am scared that I will not be able to afford my home when principal is added. How do I ask my mortgage company to change my mortgage options? I can't refinance as the value of my house has lowered. I have never been a late on any payments in my entire credit history, I have excellent credit, I just don't know how to ask, or more specifically what I need to say. thank you for any advice offered. |
