|  Second Mortgage to save Foreclosure? Can someone take out a second mortgage to save foreclosure on your house? My business partner was in an automobile accident eight months ago and has not been on any short term disability since that time. He are facing foreclosure on his home but has quite a bit of equity built up. Can he take out a second mortgage to save his home and sustain himself until he receives reimbursement for his lost wages in the insurance settlement? |
