| am thinking of signing a Quit Calim to my ex-husband to release myself from the property. I realize that I would still be responsible for the mortgage but he is military and I believe he will make the payments, however, is there verbage that can be included in the Quit Claim to have property revert back to myself if he gets behinds in the payments. |
