|  What is the best type of loan to go with? We are trying to buy property in Hobbs, New Mexico. It is 2 lots for a total of about 2.87 acres. One of the lots has an older mobile home on it. What is the best type of loan to get. We do own a home in Alamogordo, NM but we were not wanting to do an equity loan but we do have about 50,000 in equity. We are going to pay 30,000 for the Hobbs property. |
