Default Is it wise to use stimulus to pay bills

I am planning on using my stimulus to catch up my mortgage, I was doing great and then with the price of gas and the cost to go to work got that 1 month behind again. I am so irritated by this, hope the gas comes down soon, it almost does not pay me to go to work. How are you guys spending your stimulus?
